Mandy Coppes- Martin

believe that Tai Chi is more than just a form of physical exercise—it is a pathway to greater self-awareness and holistic well-being. My classes focus on gentle, flowing movements, deep breathing, and moving meditation that cultivate relaxation, strength, and flexibility. I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students can explore Tai Chi at their own pace and have fun at the same time.

Mandy has been practising Tai Chi Yang Style for the past 12 years in both South Africa and the UK. She has recently qualified in Tai Chi and Qigong for Rehabilitation and Well-Being - Certified by Kai Ming Association and endorsed by CIMPSA.
